1. Using SolarPass
SolarPass provides information, solar assessment tools, project coordination and related customer services. Prototype estimates are indicative and do not become a binding quotation until SolarPass issues a formal proposal or agreement.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Some actions may require email verification or additional identity checks.
3. Assessments and proposals
Remote assessments are preliminary. Final system design, equipment selection, pricing and installation scope may change after engineering review or a physical site assessment.
4. Financing and payments
Financing is subject to eligibility, partner terms and separate agreements. Payment schedules and refund terms are shown before a customer accepts a binding transaction.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material or interfere with SolarPass systems.
6. Service changes
SolarPass may improve, update or discontinue parts of the service. Material contractual commitments remain governed by the applicable signed agreement.
